I often times think the Wet Diamond looks better than many waxes, but that is just my opinion and it varies based on conditions as well. In the last quote I copied they stated most waxes contain abrasives or chemical cleaners which is actually not true. Most carnauba waxes have to add oils so it's usable by detailers but most don't add polishing particles (chemical or abrasive) as they suggested. They also note their sealant will outlast the wax, which is true of virtually all sealants compared to natural waxes. I certainly could be wrong but I couldn't find any scientific info on their site about why you shouldn't layer a wax on top. Interestingly they say you can put their product on top of a wax and it will help protect the wax and extend it's life. However they don't want you to layer a wax on top of it, which doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Again I couldn't find any reason you can't layer a wax on top for more protection and gloss.
